The original rental was at the muddy creek location and that is the second time I have tried to rent from there and both times they were not there. WASTED a lot of time trying to get a hold of them/moving the rental. W North Bend was great just a lot further from the house.James S.

This location and the people there were just fine. The issue I have is with the overall U-Haul reservation process. It took us almost 55 minutes to get me out the door. Prior to arriving, I spend over a half an hour on the phone with the reservations group going over what vehicle I was using to tow, what vehicle I was towing, where I would pick up and where I would drop off, and we agreed upon the rate to be charged. Arriving to pick up, the computer system kept over riding what was already in there. We had to start from scratch. When that didn't work, the man had to call Phoenix to get things fixed. This was not our original pick up that was confirmed the night before. We decided to call to add a dollie to our order only to find out they didnt have our truck, it had gone from their dashboard and they didnt know where or if we we would have a truck. Promises were made to get someone to call us back but other than Brianna from original pick up place who tried her best for us, but had no control to help no-one did. When we tried to call customer service it took 20mins to get through to someone, and when we did they were not sure what was happening. The second location we were to go to had not received the truck back. It was a very stressful and frustrating am. Finally we received a text telling us where we could pick up truck and we drove out of our way to pick it up. When we finally arrived Bob was extremely helpful and nice and couldn't believe the morning we had and gave us extra miles as we had no idea how far away from our destination we now were. It was a total mess and made worse that we couldn't reach anyone on phone who could actually help us.Malcolm T.

PLEASE call when rental location is changed. I reserved at one location and was switched to another one via email. I showed up at the wrong location and was very upset to start my day off frustrated. I blame UHaul not Ryan's. He was so very NiceGinger E.

I am very disappointed with Uhaul and the online reservation system. I had reserved a truck and car trailer several weeks in advance at a location near my storage locker. I was never notified by Uhaul that the reservation location was changed, and was never notified that my reservation was split. I was at 3 different Uhaul locations in Cincinnati four different times that morning before I could start my one way move. All of the people at the different locations were very nice and helpful, but the lack of "customer service" from Uhaul related to accountability for its online reservation system is pitiful.DANIEL F.

The person was supposed to give me a one-way rental. Instead, he gave me an in-town rental. He did not seem professional or organized.
