As I entered the building the young man picked up the phone and held to his ear (not sure if he was calling someone or just pretending). He said you droping off. I said yes, but I had questions because the app/email stated to take pictures and I wanted to make sure I did the correct thing. He said nope you are good you don´t need to do anything. I just stood there and he proceeded to walk around the corner behind the counter. I just thought he would want to look over it with me, check for any damage, check mileage and gas, etc. He did not. I then got a statement in my email within minutes (I was still in the parking lot) stating I owed for gas. But he never checked so how is that accurate?

Heidi WIt was inconvenient that I ordered a truck 2 weeks in advance close to our location in Elizabethtown PA and they transferred my rental to this location with no phone call or explanation, just an email. When I called this location to ask why I got general responses and they were not polite on the phone. I did not want to go to this location it cost me 15 extra minutes and more gas. Very unprofessional to do this to customers and just tell me it is only 7 minutes away Not true
Dawn BThe only problem I have is that from the uhaul truck place to 12 dogwwod building middletown pa is 0.8 mile which is round it off a mile. From 12 dogwood building middletown pa to 3314 Paxton st harrisburg pa is 10.2 miles going. And from 3314 paxton st harrisburg pa is 8.8 miles.Totaling 19.8 miles and I was charged 30 miles!! I calculated my miles if you want calculate it yourself. So technically they owe me 10.2 miles @ 1.09 mile equals about $11 dollars

GENE MThe customer service people were amazing very kind and very knowledgeable. Now for the bad… while driving the 26ft u-haul truck it felt like the transmission and or engine was going to go and the breaks felt like they were not working like they are supposed too. I was going to inform customer service once I gave the truck back but unfortunately that wasn’t till late last night around 11pm ish and they were closed but other wise the truck was very clean inside.

JASON BYour communication was terrible and I would never use this service again. It was more than I was quoted, did not get to me when it was supposed to and honestly just about every aspect of what I was promised was inaccurate. Then at the end of it all I basically told "oh well" I am livid with your company and would tell anyone to not believe a word they are told by you, especially from the Harrisburg location. I wish I had just gone with someone else.

Patti TThe ordered movers did not arrive., the phones were disconnected. The ubox was not delivered on time. After several hours of calls and reminders, the company finally found a driver to bring the ubox to the address. Everything was disorganized and irresponsible. But many thanks to the driver.
