If uhauls came equipped with cruise control and usb ports for playing music, that would be a major quality of life change for the better. Additionally my husband’s legs were cramping half way through the 3 hr drive because the seat didn’t move far enough back from the steering wheel. The location/service we received was great though. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My only “complaints” were with the vehicle itself. But everything went smoothly and according to plan!

Sabina OThank you for a really great experience. The vehicle worked and I felt like the price was reasonable. Not all Uhaul locations are created equal. I was ripped off royally down the road. Your honesty and integrity are a fabulous example for other businesses! We will be back!
KASEY TLocation/serivces and clealiness of the facility was excellent. The only feedback is that cab of the truck wasn't as cleaned or disinfected from previous uses as the cup holders were dirty and steering wheel felt sticky.
Tejash PTrailer I rented was filthy...had obviously need used to haul livestock...chicken or pigs. Feces still present on floor and sides of trailer.
