ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE WINGNUT HOLDING THE DOLLY IN PLACE WAS STRIPPED OR SOMETHING AND WE COULD NOT USE THE DOLLY AS NEEDED. IT REALLY WOULD HAVE HELPED TO BE ABLE TO USE THAT. OTHER THAN THAT, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. THANK YOU

The girl at the counter let me pick up my truck 2 hours early (8am instead of 10a). This was very helpful due to some last minute changes. Even though I have used Uhaul in the past, she still went through everything with me.

Clean out the rentals! This is the second rental that was really dirty in the cab and in the storage area. The cleaning crew is lacking work ethic.

Truck was supposed to be at 29th street in Harrisburg, it was not there and I had to travel and pick it up. It cost me additional gas money and time. We were trying to get things done before rain started and lost valuable time. The truck was not cleaned after previous use and we had to sweep it out prior to loading are furniture.

Clean the cab of the truck before renting it out. The floor was littered with crumbs and was filthy. The dashboard was very dusty, windows were filthy, and where the cups are held was DISGUSTING.

Having someone there to be able to unhook trailer in the evening before closing hours. Was very disappointed bc I had to wait for over 15 mins for someone who didn't even work for Uhaul to unhook trailer from my truck. And on top of that the guy didn't know how to do it so I had to figure it out with him.

The online reservation was not good. The location and the size of truck I chose was not available according to the phone call I received the next day. I then chose another truck the woman said was available so I could use the same location. Then Received a call the day before I was to pick up and told that location had no trucks and I would have to go to a location that added mileage to my drive. She did reduce the cost of mileage to compensate once I asked. The the time I reserved the truck for was stored in the computer wrong. I told the woman at pick up the time was incorrect. When I dropped of it was still not corrected. Thank goodness the woman at pick up read the notes and did not charge me for a second day. Thank you to the woman who even at the end of a long day had great customer service and took care of everything. If it wasn’t for her I would have given a very different review.
