Have what was specified in truck ready to go - there were NO moving pads / blankets as ordered. Truck was grimy Truck rattled when in gear

The manager was very friendly and helpful when we picked the truck up. I received an accurate receipt the next morning posted to my email.

Apolline OlmannOur appointment to pick up the UHaul was at this location. We arrived a few mins early; nobody was there. Door was locked, lights out. We called customer service for UHaul, which helped us secure the rental for the day. UHaul should remove this location as a depot for their trucks.

However, the dolly and the furniture blankets I ordered were not available because the location does not have the supply. U-Haul should make sure to send some of those moving supplies to the location. Thanks
Frederick OpuniI was charged $21 for a dolly I didn’t have on the truck. I also was charged for 3 days, and I only had the truck for 2 days. I called the establishment, and they state I am to call Uhaul directly for the credit. I need to be credited for 1 day. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

JOSE PINEDADrop off was around 6 pm. Was pitch black at 6:00 pm. No signage, lights or any indication of a U-haul facility. Not a truck or vehicle in lot. Businesses on both sides had activity and had to let us know where you were. Motion lights finally went on when the U-haul truck pulled up by building. My phone ap did not work for u-haul. So I was not comfortable just dropping key in box 2 days early. Box said to do a list of things I could not due. Worked out, but not cool
