My experience was great .
BERLINDA HClean the equipment as it was not clean nor was the tank full. I also noticed that the mileage was inaccurate. I took a picture of miles ( speedometer was blinking) I also tracked my miles and I calculated 51 miles but was charged for over 65 miles even though each trip(4) was about 12 miles each way. The truck had over 135k and wasn't in the best condition so I would be careful with this truck. The gentleman did give me an extra 2 hrs but I've been given extra hrs for local. This location doesn't have a bunch of uhauls only 2...what I also noticed is that he charged me $56 initially...the 19.99 plus 20 miles for mileage then on top of that he charged me another $76 so he double charged me for mileage on 20 miles so I actually didn't get 2 extra hrs for free.
CHILOQUIN SPrice was way higher than expected based on previous rentals of similar trucks.
John SI was in a hurry when I finished up and didn’t have time to clean the truck. At other locations they clean it when finished and I understand I may have to pay a cleaning fee which is understandable. However I later get these harassing phone calls from Emmanuel threatening me if I didn’t get back there to clean the truck he would charge me a $500 cleaning fee. Of course I’m freaking out. I call the place and Emmanuel isn’t there so I had to drive all the way back to Greenbelt from Annapolis and I’m panicking he wanted me to clean the outside and inside and I don’t know my way around there finally I found a self service car wash. I will never go there again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else going there. One they need to be more forthcoming about cleaning it and give a location that cleans Uhaul trucks.
