Took on Friday 5pm and dropped on Sunday 3 pm. Clearly told while picking up that will drop key on Sunday in the box kept at front of the building . They still charged me for 3 days which is $29.99 rental + $15 safemove. Called customer care to reverse additional charge. CC said they called store but didn’t pickup. Now I have to wait 72 hrs

No lock box, key was just laying in bed of truck.. Had phone service but app wouldn’t work properly at this location.. Guy came out to check it in for me & said “everything looks good “ then charges me a fuel surcharge even though i brought the truck back with more fuel than when we left.. I’ve spent around $1000 this year on uhaul & this has been without question the worst location I have used..
