Michael CSMC Sales were closed but they had easy access to drop of and very clean and safe area. BUT this location was not coming in on the web site drop off CAUSING me to call into the 1-800 number "When I had to drop unit on Saturday the "help line or dispatch line" the people were rude and unprofessional" I have used U-Haul for over 30 years and this by far was the worst call in associates that i ever delt with - Saturday the 27th

sharon wVery displeased,! Reserved two weeks prior. Told day before no truck! WE had to drive one and half hours to and back to pick up truck! This cost because movers came at 10a. I had to pay twice the amount I planned since they stayed. We were driving 4 hours to destination hoping to get there before dark. We didn’t leave until after dark. Getting to destination after 1:30a. I am very upset, Especially since I reserved another truck following Saturday. Guess what, did not have truck we needed. Do you have personnel to transport needed trucks to the U-Haul where needed. It would have been nice.

GLENN BGas prices are high. Returned truck early and with extra gas. Would have great to have been a small discount to accommodate that. Service managers in both locations were great!

amber gI have come here for shipping, this is the first time i return a rental. The people here are always courteous and helpful.
LAURA MOrdered a 20 foot truck. It had not been returned yet. Settled for a 15 foot. Luckily I was able to make it work as I was in a timeline. Not the businesses fault. Also the return address is not correct.

valarie sThis center was great! But our reservation at 8am for pick-up in Lufkin was not there….this caused us over 40 miles (80 round-trip) out of our way and caused more expense in delaying people to help us. U-Haul online needs to NOT schedule a pick-up if it’s not truly a reservation.
