Make sure all the information on the receipt is correct when picking up the truck after hours, especially the mileage and gas gauge reading. Also, when a customer orders things like pads and specific types of dollys, make sure they are part of the order. If you don't have them, get them from another U-Haul. Clean the trucks before they go!

The only issues I had were there were only six packing blankets and the dolly wasn't strapped in - it was just placed on the floor in the cargo area.
