1. I ask for a dolly I don't get one in the truck, not one would be able to provide me one. 2. this is a locker at the back door, people work in that location don't know the password, live chat tells me to buy a cutter to cut the locker, took me 1.5 hours to get the locker open, I did not finish my moving just because of this 3. the gas tank is not full (near half), they espect me to fill the tank, I really don't know how I can fill the tank to where I start with 4. I call the local customer service, with this bad experience, they could not do anything to compesente me, even not a discount. they said they can give me a free day to finish the move. I simply have no time to do that moving. the bolt cutter the live chat stuff ask me to buy, you guys can't reimburse me even the live chat stuff tells me can. over all I really disappoint about this experience, I have all evidence to support my above experience. I hope I can get some help on this complaint.

Got charged extra
Shivam KReimburse customers for extra gas. I gave back the truck with almost 1/4 extra gas and had no rebate.

Bryce AGarbage left in cab of rental. Had to wait at the store for the owner/manager to show up to get the keys. Couldn't complete the pickup using the online service. Was overcharged, "Safemove" was charged even though during the online form I specifically did not check that box.
