The staff was super helpful and nice . They even helped us extend our rental and swapped out our dolly. My only complaint is NOT on the staff. I know they cannot control how uhaul charges customers. Currently I’ve been over charged by $214 because of the initial pending charges that were done when booked and then charged again for my final bill of $197. I know these are only temporary holds but uhaul do better !! Not everyone has an extra $200 to let uhaul hold for 3-5 business days!!! There has to be a better way!
