Raul MLots of dust in cab of truck, the back of the truck needed to be swept out. The auto hauler had two bad tires, we got 2 flats on the auto hauler about 3 hours apart. Otherwise it was great.

Reid HWhen a reservation is made by a customer, honor it. You didn't. You unilaterally moved the pickup location 20 extra miles (one way) away from the first. If that wasn't enough, it was time consuming to change it. It took 34 minutes of phone work for me to change it to somewhere closer. You broke the agreement, then made it laborious to change your actions. No apologies, no courtesy bonuses, no consideration for me, your customer. That speaks volumes.

Derrick HLady said truck was fine, later received a notice of a $25 cleaning fee for not folding blankets. Wasn't aware of this requirement. I assumed UHaul washed them for their next customer. Disputed charges and will dispute on my credit card if not resolved before. Ridiculous on a $3,000 rental and was told truck was fine.
Derrick HI reserved a 9 foot cargo van 2 weeks early and you didn't have one when I showed up, you gave me a 15 ft truck which was inconvenient for mr needs and cost a lot more for gas. I was very dissatisfied with the process

Scott FI had a difficult time picking up my truck online or from my phone. I didn’t get the code to get my key out so I had to call to get my code. What should’ve been a 15 minute pick up turned into 45 minutes of frustration. The gentleman that showed up at 8:30 was extremely helpful and understanding of my frustrations.

Michael TI scheduled and confirmed my pickup well in advance. When I went to pick up my trailer, it was not available. The store had to call the person who had it several times to bring it back to the store. Stressful.

MARK HI prepaid for Box's. When I went to pick up the trailer and box's I didn't realize I had been moved to a new location. The gentleman at this location was extremely helpful and Accommodating. But couldn't refund me for the box's. So I bought box's from him so I am out $20.00 for the box's.

ROXANNE RThe vehicle was dirty, something sticky was spilled on the console and cup holder, the seats and steering wheel were dirty, and there were empty soda bottles behind the seats. The mirrors were loose…they kept moving in a downward position and every couple of miles we had to stop and re-adjust them.

Conchita HTruck was an old junker but suited the purpose. Truck was not broom swept in the back and there was broken glass all over the ramp. Not the ideal situation for moving my home belongings. It is not my job the spend time cleaning it to use it but I would have cleaned up after myself if I made a mess so the next person started their day with a clean truck.

Robert MThe van was very impressive and had a wide range of features which made the long ride comfortable. The seats were surprisingly more comfortable than I expected. Still a van with a cage so don’t get too excited. But great vehicle and the staff was AMAZING!!
