CLINTON BThe first truck I was assigned didn’t have working windshield wipers. Not necessarily the rental locations fault, as it’s an easy thing to overlook upon truck return process. “Safe Ship N Haul” very quickly assigned me another truck and had me out the door in minutes but this truck also had issues. I noticed it was excessively loud when I started it but thought nothing of it. As I drove, I quickly realized something was amiss. When I got home I looked under the truck and it appeared someone tried stealing the catalytic converter but gave up or got caught by after cutting through one side of the exhaust. This should have been flagged by the company before renting the truck to me as I’m sure it had an effect on my overall gas mileage thus indirectly increasing my moving/rental cost.

Roberto REquipment rented was not what was provided. Rented 20’ truck and was provided a 26’ truck which was way to big and much more gas. No compensation offered even after showing staff confirmation email.

BENJAMIN WThe pricing is misleading, it states $19.95 a day but when it's all said and done and I traveled round trip less than 20 miles, the rental itself ended up being $67.55 plus gas which was another $15. 00 BTW, I had the smallest truck which are gas guzzlers.
Mike GHad to sweep out the truck before putting belongings in but over all the experience was quick and easy. Cab was clean and truck drove great.
AMBER FWhen I mentioned that the brake pedal squeaked, the guy that checked me in acted like it’s not a big deal. I only had the truck for a few hours. Very irritating. The brakes worked just fine.

Christophe HI mentioned the trucks gas pedal seemed to stick and also questioned if the gas tank was checked prior to me picking it up.it showed full, but I went 40 miles and I stopped filling my end up at 8 gallons. 5 miles a gallon is redickulous. The gentleman behind the counter told me it is what it is and didn't seem concerned about the gas pedal. I hope no one crashes with this vehicle because I went into grass because the pedal stuck.please have someone check this 20ft truck. Its one thing to go into the grass it's another thing if it hurts someone.

Leonel DIt was very disappointing to have rented a truck from one location - indicating I’d used it for no more than ten miles - which is correct from the location I rented from. Then I receive a text indicating I have to pick up the truck elsewhere - much farther away - and I’m charged for the difference in miles as if I don’t gauge correctly. If a change has to be made the customer shouldn’t be penalized for that. It’s not good customer service, and I will be sure to NOT amaze that mistake again.
