I didn't have contacts with anyone, just dropped off keys in the drop off key box. Was closed, I did receive a courtesy call with directions the day before. That they were going to be closed. So I just drop off the truck. Went to the back to drop off key. I didn’t try the door to see if it was opened. But they did follow up hours later and received an email at 12:46 with a transaction receipt complete. Quick and easy thank you!!

My truck came with zero gas, i could not even make it to a 10 mile location without stopping for gas. i know it does not need to be full but at least a quarter would have been nice

The truck had trash on the floor. Nobody was even there the app kept kicking me out it took forever to pick up the truck and it also took forever to drop it off because of the app.

I had a great experience with Safe Ship on Durango. I rented the 10 ft van, and it was very clean inside and out. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful, polite, and made the whole process easy. Booking was simple, and the return was just as smooth. I would definitely recommend them and will rent from them again.

I love the easy way you pick up and drop off and make reservations but I had to clean it out a lot. Lots of dirt and I’m really good at cleaning so I left it great of course. But your system doesn’t have a way to verify a clean cargo space. And I’m talking about black marks all over. I come prepared with carpet remnants to put down

As a company, I dislike you guys because of my move in October. I was told I can fuel up to 3/4 since that's how I received it. Then when I turned it in they wanted an extra $50 because it wasn't Full. This location is awesome. I hope I never have to move so I never deal with this company.
