Location was fine. Your scheduling process sucks. I reserved for 24 hour pickup and was moved to a location 30 minutes away at the last minute. Thankfully I read the email carefully. I had to call the local service center who changed it back to my original location and said I had to wait to pick it up at 10 AM there because that’s when they open. I could do 24 hour there. I had to reschedule my help as a result. Turns out the location opened at 9 not 10 and 24 hour was available. Just a total screw up. The guy at the location was great. Your service center SUCKS. I won’t be using U-Haul again.

Terrible experience with Uhaul, I did not pick up the truck at McCalla location I picked it up in Pelham about 20 miles away without my knowledge. Even thought the reservation was made 2 weeks prior. But shout out to Will and his manager at the McCalla location. Will called to check to see if I had a Truck. The Pelham location did not have a dolly. But Will at the McCalla location found me one. Thanks Will for your help and to the manager. Id recommend the McCalla location where Will works

Stefan TI was charged for a dolly that was not with the truck that should have been but I have not had time to call and report it. So I just went ahead and paid for it. When I received the truck it didn’t have a full gas tank which is not normal so I returned it with exactly what I received it with. And while the truck runs, it sounds rough.

Clarence DI had trouble unlocking the lock on the lockbox to retrieve the key. The letters on the combination dial are loose . They won't lock into place like it should. Just the slightest bump would mess up the code. One more suggestion. Maybe placing a diagram at the lockbox or a video showing how to open the lockbox. I I initially didn't see the small lever at the top for the lock to open. I'm used to the locks that when you turn the key the slide on the lock opens and closes with the turn of the key. I hope this helps.

Not to mention when I 1st got there, there was no sign of my reservation. So I had to call and wait 45 minutes for a customer service. The website does not update in a timely matter, this was such a bad experience. Never again.

The lady at the pickup location gave me until 5 PM to return the truck because my wife and I were picking it up on our way home at 2:00 PM, and I explained that I wouldn't have help loading it until late the next morning. I sent a text at 5:16 PM after putting gas in the truck saying "returned." I put the key in the drop box after locking the cab..
