Post a UHaul sign so it's easier to find, and have more than a 15 minute window to maybe be able to pick up trailer. On the other hand, Brian was amazing and jumped through hoops to guarantee this rental for me. I live in FL and was in CT to bury my father in law. We needed to bring some items home and renting a trailer was necessary. I thought the cost was high, but would recommend UHaul every day!Kenneth D.

The pick up & drop off experience is very discouraging. It is very difficulty and much to time consuming. Perhaps because it was my first time picking up with no attendant on site I was frustrated therefore making it more difficult.lena G.

Process needs to be a little bit more clear there is no attendant there to hand me a key the key was not in the lock box where it was supposed to be there was no code to get into the lock box it took me half an hour to get someone there to get me the keyEmmanuel D.
This location was fine. However, it was the second location we tried. The first one was closed and I did not get the â€˜mobile check in' option so, I didn't have the lock box code. We then had to cancel that reservation and drive here. Even then, it only worked after I downloaded the app. Wasted an hour easily. There are indicator lights on as well - might wanna get that looked at.Mark D.
There is no one working at this location which is fine except there are not clear instructions on how to cess keys. The app and 24/7 process has key instructions of â€œgo insideâ€ but there is no inside. If it were clear how to get keys, code, etc it would have been great. It took 30 minutes and 3 phone calls to get keysFiona W.
There was no office just a drop box for the key. The gate to the parking lot was closed and had to get out of car to open it. Didn't know that would be the case and drove around a bit looking for the way inJason R.
I wish I had known that no one was going to be at the location. There was no place to pull over or park near the gated facility. I parked next door at a motel and walked back to look around. I found that the gate had been left unlocked for me to open, which I did. I then had to walk back to my car and drive it into the UHaul lot. The app helped me with getting the key from the lock box etc. I was able to eventually drive the UHaul van out and use it, but it was a much more involved process than I anticipated. Also, I had paid for a set of furniture pads, but they were not in the van and again, since there was no one at the facility, I had no way to get the pads.Karen D.

I have rented from many Uhaul locations in the past but Honeyspoot location is one of the best. There customer service was great and there attention to there customers. Definitely will returnRobert D.
