Charged me for gas thst was never there
Brittany B.First of all my location I picked at the airport was changed last minute. I had to find a ride to this location 5 miles away from where I landed. Then i get there, the truck had no gas. Literally said 3 miles to empty. The side view mirror was broken. The truck was dirty and smells like a pack of cigarettes. Then i was told as long as I return it with a quarter tank of gas I'd get a 36$ credit.... which I did but....

Daniel H.The truck was fine, and the gentleman who checked us out was friendly enough, but he was unable to locate any dropoff locations in the Philadelphia, PA area, so he randomly selected any location in Pennsylvania, which was far away from my destination. I think he had trouble with that part of the U-Haul software.
