Everything was great. Desk lady was very nice and helpful and if I need a U-Haul again I will go to Sage. My original reservation was moved due to availability and I’m happy it was. Sage was great!

Sage Equipment is, by far, the best place I've ever rented a U-Haul from, and I've probably rented from U-Haul more than 50 times. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The manager is always helpful, and she sets the tone on customer service. U-Haul needs more places like this one. I rent from U-Haul regularly, and as long as is possible, I will only rent from Sage Equipment.

TRAVIS CI left a five star review on the Google. I would have done that here but for the hard time finding the yard. If the man at the first place I stopped at would not have directed me to the correct place I would went somewhere else and that would have been a mistake. If you need to rent in Redmond Oregon GO HERE!
ALAN SWhen I picked up the equipment, I reported on the Uhaul inspection report that the front window was muddy and there was no fluid in the washer reservoir. I had to wash the window with Windex and a long handled squeegy twice during my rental. I swept the bed of the van and left no trash anywhere. It rained during my rental so there was probably a bit of mud on the cabin floor mats. I did not believe I left the truck in any worse condition than I received it. Yet you charged me a cleaning fee. I agreed with the lady who checked me out that I would return the van at 5 p.m. on Saturday, which is exactly what I did, but your summary says I returned it at 8 something a.m. on Sunday. I tried to use your online app for returns but could not make it work. I have the receipt showing I added $30 worth of gas during my rental, which should have sufficed for about 103 miles of driving. I believed I left the truck well within the 1/4 full mark where I was supposed to refill to. Your own records show I drove the truck 59 miles, yet you charged me for gas and for returning the truck without refilling to the required level. This was a very disappointing experience. I promise you, I will never again rent from this particular location.
CAROLE AThis is a great location in my town (Redmond, Oregon) some of the other locations are very cramped for space for pickup and drop off. this one is well stocked and situated. And the staff strike a good balance of being friendly and fun, while still being quick and efficient. got in and out for pickup and drop off quick and still felt like I had a good smile.

DON AUBox Drop Off: I spoke to Rich and scheduled delivery and everything was timed as we were living out of State. The day before delivery Uhaul called me and said they couldn't deliver for 3 more weeks as they were overbooked. I contacted the local Uhaul (Bend, OR) location and the manager (Katie & Cody) adjusted scheduling on an already overbooked day and made sure we got the UBox's. They were amazing and very helpful. UBox Delivery: I called the Regional Office in Eugene and again got Rich. I asked how far in advance do I need to schedule the boxes to be delivered. He told me 3 days. I waited a few weeks, then scheduled them online for 6/25. He called me and said they could not accommodate us until 7/1 & 7/2. I went ahead and had to stay in lodging an extra 6 nights due to this. Had I known I needed to schedule almost a month in advance I would have done that. I received confirmations of this and also cancellations. I called and let Rich know I had received 3 confirmations and wanted to ensure my 4 boxes were delivered. He informed me I had 5 boxes. I told him no, I didn't I only had 4. I went ahead and asked for his manager/supervisor and was told they wouldn't be in for 2 days and there was no one higher than him in Uhaul to talk to. I eventually called the corporate office and the gentleman I talked to confirmed for me the boxes. Delivery day came and Tracy was amazing!! I was called by Becky and asked if I could delay pickup of the boxes for 2 days. I said no due to HOA issues. She gave him a delivery time of 8am - 8pm, even though there was a 2 hour window on each of the other days. The Eugene Regional office, has horible customer service and frankly just rude and give poor advice, and don't realize the financial impact this has on their members. Thankfully the local Bend Office and Tracey the delivery were amazing! I cannot say enough good things about them.
