Our family has been a loyal Uhaul customer for about 12 years. We have used the U box containers in our family on three different occasions. This experience was by far the most disappointing. The breakdown was on the organ side of the experience. The Wyoming/ Montana experience was perfect with lots of communication. The organ side communication was definitely lacking. I received two calls to take delivery of my boxes early which I could not because of my move-in date to my home. It almost felt like I was being harassed. I felt saying no the first time in explaining why I could not take delivery of them early should’ve been sufficient. I was told that the driver had an appointment that they were trying to work around. I had made my appointment for delivery more than two weeks in advance, so I felt like this location had over booked themselves or or dealing with employee personal issues. I agreed to a 7:30 AM to 9 AM delivery time. My boxes arrived a few minutes after 7 AM. Thankfully, I had arrived at the home minutes prior to the delivery. I had to contact the you a couple of times. The 800 number staff was excellent. When they transferred me to the local store, the staff were not as friendly and seemed overwhelmed by having to take a phone call. I don’t know if this is just a really busy time of year for the location, but we did not receive the customer service experience. We are a accustomed to when we have worked with U-Haul in the past specifically, the U box portion of business. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. I I hope the information provided is helpful for improving the customer service experiences going forward. It is a no way meant to be harsh on our side. We will continue to utilize U-Haul services going forward as I mentioned we are loyal customers Just hoping to provide feedback that is helpful.

Step 01

Tell us when you will need to access the container. If you ship it to a new city but don't need it yet, we can store it for you at our secure warehouse.
Step 02

We deliver the containers to you and pick them up when you're ready. If you would rather take it home yourself, use our specially built trailer or pack it at a U-Haul location.
Step 03

We will store your container at our secure warehouse or we can ship anywhere in the world. You will hear from us when the container is in transit and when it arrives at its destination.
