trailer was not ready when scheduled and they blew it off for 25 minutes. no apology no guaranteed 50$. trailer was parked inches from another one making it hard for me to fetch out. inside was covered in dirt.

I have rented U-Haul‘s from many places in this area, but never have had as good of an experience as I’ve had with this company! They are excellent, quick and everything seems to flow flawlessly with them! My last rental was to help a family move. The family was cleared to move into their place so we loaded up the 26 foot truck, but before arriving, we found out that they weren’t going to allow the family to have the keys to the new place because they said they needed another document. It took more than a week for this situation to be resolved and so the 26 foot truck full of stuff sat accruing charges for each day. But, this rental company and the great people who work there chose to be understanding and kind and didn’t charge us for the eight extra days that we had the truck. Who does that? What a great company! Danielle and the other workers there were all super kind and very understanding! This is now my second time renting from this company, and I will be renting many more times from them!!! Just wanna say a big thank you to Sage rental and U-Haul – you all are great! What an excellent company!
