Maybe don't move their pickup location to over an hour away. Like straight up ruined my moving experience.

We didn't interact with the staff because we rented on a Sunday when they were closed. The parking lot was a bit cluttered with their other customer vehicles, but that is expected - it is an auto repair shop after all. On the rental vehicle, the "Mom's attic" part of the cargo area was not clean. The rest of the cargo area was clean, and the moving mats were there, as ordered. The truck itself was old (171,000 miles on the odometer) and noisy, but got the job done - so it is being maintained well. Overall a good experience. The U-Haul representatives were helpful when we needed to talk to them.
David KThe location was okaym but in the middle of nowhere. I had originally reserved a truck from a location only a 2 minute walk from the Amtrak station (I trained up from San Luis Obispo). Then that got changed to 4 miles away, then again to 8 miles away. I don’t understand why UHaul locations can’t work together & move trucks around for their customers.

Jose CThe digital check-in was a little cumbersome, particularly for someone in my age group (70s). The blankets and dolly were not in the truck. I just happened to step into the office of the Auto Center and found that they were sitting in the office. I was expecting the truck to be gassed up like you find with rental cars...but it only had a 1/4 tank of gas!
