The digital check-in was a little cumbersome, particularly for someone in my age group (70s). The blankets and dolly were not in the truck. I just happened to step into the office of the Auto Center and found that they were sitting in the office. I was expecting the truck to be gassed up like you find with rental cars...but it only had a 1/4 tank of gas!
