Missing bolt in tie off bar but we were able to grab it further back. BOTH !!! Windshield wipers were broken, took wiper off rear window of my car to put on truck so we could drive when it rained. Clerk on duty when truck was returned said he was aware of it and apologized for the rental of a truck in that condition.Fred P.
When I made the reservation An appliance dolly was offered and I requested as it was needed for my move. When I arrived there was no mention that it was not available until I asked if it was in the truck.Donald R.

The inside of cab to truck was discussing. Dog hair. Stuff spilled all over front of dash . Floor filthy. I have used U-Haul in the past never have seen such a dirty truck. Broken glass in the bed of the truck. I'm shocked.Amy M.

I rented a 19.99 truck from 1 location where you had to use your phone to get the keysâ€¦ and this location was in a no service area. I then had to transfer it to a different location, and was somehow charged $10 more for the same truck and they added on a $14.00 fee without my permission. I literally took the truck 5 miles out and 5 back for a total of 10 miles. I didn't need a protection fee and they over charged me. When I picked up the truck the guy didn't even say anything to me and didn't have me sign anything which is a different experience than I had before with uhaul.Caitlyn S.

The location that i picked up the truck was very unfriendly and was of little or no help to me. I ordered a furniture dolly for my move and it was not in the truck at pickup. Your online check in and out process is terrible and needs fixing badly. Many glitches and it took 6 tries to get the odometer pic to uploadsteve L.
Website login process is not easy to use, too many emails, didn't get a text tho, should be straight forward, either someone is picking up virtually or going in to pay, messages should be brief and tailored to type of pickupBrian B.

The workers had no idea how to handle a common situation and I was just standing around getting annoyed. The customer service was terrible, because as she's trying to get a hold of her boss, she's ignoring the other gas station customers. I was told that I would have a military discount upon my return of the u-haul. Upon return the individual that processed the return told me that he didn't know how to provide a 10% military discount. The individual who processed the pick up informed me that if there was a discrepancy with the mileage, the difference would be charged or refunded. I was under by 5 miles. Make sure the vehicles are checked throughoughly when returned. When I picked up the 20 foot truck I rented, the passenger side window was left cracked open and there was snow all over the passenger seat. Other than that, everything was excellent!Daniel M.

Your app is terrible. Both pick up and drop off I had issues with your app working and had to call customer service and wait forever to get someone to do it via email instead of using your crappy app and website service. I hope I never have to use uhaul again. I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with your after hours check out and check in process via website or app. It's awful.Daniel M.

I was scammed on the mileage and they charged me insurance I said no .they basically emailed a bill they made up . The rental was correct but I was overcharged . Then when I called they blocked me . Bastards.william D.

The clerk and I inspected the outside of the truck and okayed where all the x marks were she didn't open the back door of the truck but I didn't think anything of it. When I got to when I had to load it I found a comforter and a sheet in the back of the truck.Keith B.
