Diona PLocation is amazingly helpful, checking in a couple of days before to coordinate drop off and make sure that the move is as smooth as possible. Overall, a highly positive customer experience. I've used his location a couple of times, this is the first time with a truck rather than just a trailer and have had 3 good experiences over the past year.

Roy FWas very helpful and friendly with getting the truck. However he left it open as to where we could drop off the truck. I was told that I could call a number on the contract and drop it off at any location of my choosing once arriving at my destination. To my inconvenience I was forced to drop it off at a location 20 mins away instead of the location I wanted that was 3 mins away.
