So after returning the truck back to this location, we accidentally left two envelopes that contained $125 in each envelope. Upon heading home, we noticed seven minutes later that we had left money in the truck. We immediately called the location, but our car went right to voicemail. I waited a few more minutes and called the location again with the same experience of my message. Going to voicemail. Since I only lived about six minutes away, I drove down there. The attendant who helped me in the morning was not anywhere nearby so I started looking for him on the ground. I found him and I told him did you listen to my message on the answering machine. he told me he found nothing in the truck and gave the keys to the truck to go in there and search. I went inside the truck and I did not find my two envelopes that had fallen into the ground that contained $125 in each envelope for a total of $250. he came out and searched with me and told me that he found nothing in there but oddly enough, he started seeing trash in there that he took out when I was with him. I searched the ground. I searched everywhere inside the truck he searched. He said he found nothing, but we know that the money was left in the truck because my passenger saw me two minutes prior to us parking the truck the envelopes falling through my fingers as I gave one of the envelopes to him that contained $125 again $250 total was left in the truck, not to be found. I was talking with the Super Pfizer or the district manager for Uhaul and he was giving me help or some guidance to file a claim nothing came out of the claim I’m asking for you to help me in this situation. John WWe drove from San Luis Obispo to Beaverton Oregon...the truck was awful it smelled like wet dead dog...it was awful. We had to have the windows down the whole time...it didn't help

Christopher GI was not able to use the mobile check out app when returning the truck after hours since I kept getting a geo-positioning error. The help page giving instructions on how to allow geo-positioning didn't work, because it mentions a padlock symbol to the left of the URL and there wasn't one. However, I was able to accomplish after hours check out by calling the (800) U-haul number later that evening.

Mary AI really hated that I could not remove the furniture pads from the wall of the U-Haul without breaking the zip tie and being charged. They are very large and bulky and take up valuable space that I need to fit my belongings for my move. I had to constantly maneuver around them and they should be purely optional. The dolly placement was really thoughtful but the pads were really in the way.

DAWN OThe manager/owner was excellent with regard to customer services. He called me that morning to assure I would be there on time, and offered to accommodate me if another pickup time was better for me. As it turned out, I did need to adjust the time and he was great doing just that. The trailer was clean, he helped hook everything up, and the arranged drop off was as easy as he shared it would be. I will be using them again next summer.

He kept on speaking and didn’t listen at all. I will be spreading the word around about the u haul facility . And might be moving to next steps of harassment

Nelson QJason, who manages your Prado Rd. location, is the best thing that your company has going for itself in San Luis Obispo. He is a professional in everyway. There is not an aspect of the rental process that he does not know. He is great in dealing with customers of all types. Please bring back the pick up truck. You know who the responsible renters are, limit the rental of the pick up truck to those who will not abuse the privilege. Increase your revenue.

MICHELLE KThis is the second time renting from this location. The owner or employees are nice, but both times they did not have the equipment I reserved with the truck. Last time they were out of furniture dollies and blankets. This time I just bought my own furniture dollies and borrowed a regular dolly to ensure I had them, and they were again out of moving blankets. The owner said it was a Uhaul problem in the ordering system and there’s no way to keep inventory the way trucks and equipment come and go, but it’s a terrible business model when you have moving day scheduled and no equipment.
