KIMBERLY WSuperb customer service. Jason is the best thing that you have going for you. He is the best. After you removed the pick up trucks, the only thing that keeps me coming to U-Haul is the service at this location.
TIMOTHY BBigger uhaul signage would be helpful. The address should mention the haul office is the same as the storage office. I drove into the next gate that was building materials company in error
CHRISTINE CThe people at the regional center in Van Nuys need to be trained better. I got a confirmation for pick up location 3 days prior along with the confirmation date made over one month prior and yet on the day prior to the pick up date at about 1338 hours Daisy call stating that I was late to pick up the vehicle. Failure to do so it would be considered a forfeiture of my reservation. I stated my reservation was confirmed for the 15th and Not the 14th. When I asked to speak with a manager, because I couldn't afford to loose the reservation she stated that no managers were available and she was just trying to help. When I further questioned the nature of her call after being placed on hold multiple times she blamed everything on a computer error. I gsuge the people working at the regional center as very incompetent, unprofessional. It appears they have no clue of the region they suppose to cover. I got multiple calls with offers for helpers in the Van Nuys area, when I would remind them of my physical location they would sugar cote their incompetency with lame excuses. Why ruffle the feathers of a customer like that. Moving is stressful enough why add to it. All of this can be perceived as harassment. In my opinion the regional manager needs to be retrained or fired. My experience in California was nothing but a nightmare.
