Picking up vehicle took way too long. The fellow was answering the phone the whole time we were there. We were standing there at least 20 minutes longer also another customer was waiting as well. Recommend for people picking up vehicle don't be in a rush.

The truck was great but the interior of the truck was very dirty, windows were not clean dirt everywhere and not a good way to transfer. Took in to a station and cleaned it ourselves. Truck was a great running machine. Anthony Tonso

No one was there. It was supposed to open at 7 am. I left at 7:08, and there was no one in sight. Fortunately I was able to do the online check in.

Cable missing to connect to car lights. Luckily Fred had a replacement in a drawer. This should have been checked when the trailer was returned and before the customer (me) arrived. Checking in on the computer at the time of reservation did NOT save time . Most of the steps were repeated in the office when I arrived.

Starting the rental period with a FULL TANK OF GAS would make it infinitely easier for the customer to return with the truck. When I fueled the truck, I know I overfueled by at least $20 because I was trying to get the tank to 13/16 full and the gauge would not respond accurately while filling the tank. I realize you are doing this for a reason, but from the customer's standpoint, it would be so much easier if the tank was full at the start.

My receipt said it was at the Elks dr address. When I got there to pick it up, it wasn’t reserved there. The guy was rude.

It took me over an hour to pick up the truck because the guy working didn’t know how to use the computer or print the paper. Then he didn’t adjust the mileage like he stated. Then he didn’t add the dolly to the contract and shorted me on moving blankets. I had to go back and get the rest.

Jerry was very helpful. Over and Above !!! The trailer was excellent. Towed very well. The change of location to San Luis Obispo from my reservation spot of Grover Beach was slightly inconvenient. There are TWO locations on Prado in San Luis Obispo. That might be pointed out when reservations redirect the pick up.

False advertising on the truck which stated $19.95 per day in town use, but I was charged $89.00. Very bad customer service not satisfied at all

This location called me in early July and said they had me scheduled for a July 9 pick up of the U-Haul, when it was supposed to be September 10. I left messages but didn't get a call back so I called them a new home number and they said the location would call me as they should be showing September 10. The location did not call me as the main U-Haul toll-free number said they would, and I left three more messages, none of them were returned. When we went to get the U-Haul box, it wasn't ready or on the trailer because they said they didn't know I was coming as I hadn't called. Pretty funny since I left four messages and none of them were returned. I then called and got an answering service and asked them to have staff call me to verify they were working on it and again no call back.
