My review is not against any of the locations pick up or drop off. My review is against UHAUL themselves. I reserved my 10ft truck 3 weeks ago. 2 days before my pickup you changed my location to a different pickup. The day before you confirmed that it was changed and actually said I could pick it up the day before the initial pick up date because the truck had been returned and you said it was a convenience you provided since the truck was there and that you created an inconvenience by moving the pickup location. I went to pick up the truck on my scheduled date at 7am after you had confirmed it was available and yet the truck indicated it was not turned in. What happened is a walkin came and rented the truck. YOU- haul created an issue and I will reconsider the next time i need to rent a truck!
