Clerk knew nothing about uhaul. He had to call someone and then gave me the wrong keys. The app doesn't work for shit. Process is completely conveluded. Will rent elsewhere in the future.

SALAMON CI asked the clerk who qualified as an authorized driver for the 10-foot truck we rented. I had two of my sons, both adults, with me. Answer was that all of us were authorized drivers. Turns out I was the only authorized driver according to the "paper" work, which I later received. Prior to our pickup, there was front-bumper damage to the vehicle I rented. I photographed and reported it as I self-checked our vehicle out. This was a hassle that I should not have had to deal with. I ordered a dozen packing blankets for the furniture we moved. I was simply told at the pickup site that the blankets were not available. We needed them. By email the evening before the morning pickup, my pickup site was changed. It was fortunate that I checked my email on a Friday night during family holiday gatherings.

MIRKO MThe truck was a piece of junk. Sounded horrible and drove even worse. Was on the highway for not even 10 minutes and concluded that it was too dangerous. Alignment was horrible, shocks were shot and the guy in the store was horrible to work with. The truck also would not let me refill it.
DOMANIC QThere was some trash left in the cab from the previous renter. But other than that it was clean. But the whole do it yourself online just to have to go inside a store and still talk to someone to verify yourself and get a key is pointless. Will just go to actual U haul location.

GREGORY BRepresentative Did call me to explain they needed to run a payment which delayed my drop off. I had to call and see why it’s was stating I still had the truck when I didn’t. Just wasn’t professional.
JAZMIA WWe were closer to the U-Haul in West Allis, but they couldn’t guarantee one so we made the switch because we needed to have a guaranteed truck that day we would’ve preferred to stay with our West Allis U-Haul.

THELMA BDon't let customers pick the location if you guys are just going to change it at the last minute. Truck was not swept clean and had less than a quarter tank of gas. My entire experience from pick up to drop off was extremely unprofessional on your part. Employee was new to the process and not fully familiar. I blame you guys for poor training.
