U-Haul can improve its customer service by clearly communicating drop off and pick up locations at least 24 hours in advance and avoid changing drop-off locations after the customer picks up the vehicle. Time is really valuable when you are moving, and it was a stressful and frustrating experience to have last minute switches and coordination with multiple U-Haul locations. Truck and materials were great.

EDWARD JThis location was a little hard to find... but worked out well, in the end. The staff was friendly and helpful when I was having issues with the app. Picking up and dropping off was easy. I was more frustrated with the app not taking the pictures I was trying to upload for the pick up process... but went well during the drop off process.

Rodney HRented two trailers within 2 weeks and both needed to be cleaned inside.
