This specific location was outstanding. The equipment was ready and hitched up in less than 10 minutes. I happened to then find that there was no power going to lights on trailer. With assistance from Greg of S&S that shares the space was incredible. I bout electrical parts at auto parts store and he assisted putting me in the road. Cannot praise this location moreMark M.

The vehicle was filthy and not well maintained. There was a troubling sound coming from the engine when we were initially leaving with the truck. We took it back for inspection and were told it was the transmission and if it breaks, it breaks. We were also offered and accepted a complimentary dolly for which we were subsequently charged. When inquired about it were told it was a mistake and would be removed from the charges. We were still charged. When inquired again, were told it was a mistake and would be refunded. That was one week ago with no resolution. I have rented from UHaul multiple times in the past without issue. I would not recommend this location to anyone.TIMOTHY W.

Everyone was really nice and friendly, I received great customer service. Maybe clean up the main office (it's quite cluttered), could put people off on first impression? Therefore not giving them the opportunity to show what a great professional crew they have at the A & A Auto Repair, that's been my experience on the few times I've used their services.. Nothing i can think of that needs improvement. The customer service was excellent and the trailer i rented was in almost perfect condition. Maybe you could provide coffee and donuts to the customers that pickup rental early in the morning, but that's really unnecessary because you in and so quickly you don't have time to enjoy coffee or donuts. This has been a horrific experience. Please see my email correspondence. Essentially, I did NOT rent nor did I consent having my account used for this rental. My boyfriend provided all of his information and gave my phone number (because his cell is broken) solely for contact purposes. The Uhaul agent incorrectly rented it under my account and I am furious. Please delete my account and all of my information from your system immediately. I do not trust your business practices - it is quite criminal to rent a piece of equip to someone that solely provides a phone number. I would also like the records on this transaction updated and a release of liability sent to me or I will be forced to seek legal help. Please remedy immediately and internally investigate your agent that would so easily send out a rental without my consent nor presence. Absurd!Cassie R.

The service at this location was great. Although the website said that they closed at a certain time I called ahead and they said dropping the lift for the car off was no problem. They were very friendly and even moved cars out of the way so that I wouldn't have to back the U-Haul up, and could just drive around the building to the exit.Monica O.

Dealer needs to make sure they have the rental as reserved by customer. Otherwise notify customer or make different arrangements at reserved price. Don't try to get customer to upgrade and want to charge twice as much when the reservation was not upheld by dealer.Melinda L.

1) In Willits, the 5x8 trailer was not there for us, even though we were told (and reassured) via phonecall from Chico that it was there for us to pick up on May 28th. My brother had driven all the way from Idaho to pick it up at the agreed upon time. My brother said it was not acceptable that the trailer was not there. It had been reserved and paid for in advance; 2) We were told from Chico to pick it up at â€œS & S Auto Repair.â€ That business name was not there. The address was right but not the name of the place. In the end, they gave us a slightly larger trailer, tried to charge me more, then said they would give it to us at the same price. My brother was not impressed with the customer service on site.Tracey T.
