The truck had stuff all over the back end and the windshield etc of the front was not cleaned. Truck photos were not of the truck I rented or very old. Truck ran great. Always a problem when renting from you. This time, 6 calls, hours on hold, had to pay cash to get my truck because credit card machine and national call line were down. Had to change original rental to different county because â€œSurpriseâ€ the truck I reserved wasn't actually available. Get it together Uhaul!James E.

I feel u should have a better contact for people that have to move out of town and have to use a truck for both ways instead one way travel. It cost me over $500 dollars just to move things to S.F. And bring back my stuff to willits.Royce W.
The waiting times were longer than expected due to more customers needing propane fill-ups. But I was able to use the app. Though the check-in process on the app seemed more time-consuming than doing it in person. The manager was very nice. The guy I met at the counter first was pretty arrogant. He was slouched back in the seat on his phone when I got there. Even while I was talking to him he was slouched back in his chair. I thought it was very unprofessional. I had an issue with my driver's license and asked if I went and got a duplicate from the DMV would it be okay, and the gentleman said yes. I ran over to the DMV and was able to get a duplicate copy. When I cane back40 min layer, I had already explained that I brought my wife's license in earlier because I couldn't find mine and we were both driving the trailer back from Santa Rosa area. I had driven an hour north from Santa Rosa to Ukiah to pick up a trailer, because there were no trailers in all of the Santa Rosa area that we're able to go North one way. I explained to him that I was from up North where I live inn Humboldt county and was in the Santa Rosa area trying to find a trailer, and had left my license at home. When I came with a duplicate copy, he asked me if I had a picture ID license, and I said no I was had already explained to him and that I was from out of the area and had left my drivers license at home or couldn't find it. I was surprised he was asking me again when he already knew the story of my license not being with me. I thought that was not necessary when I had explain the whole situation to him already. He seemed very empowered and disengaged with the situation. Still slouching back in his seat. We walk out to get trailer eventually and he wakls off. He didn't direct me to where I was Supposed to go. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming.Kim P.

Have your employee do their jobs correctly. Upon returning the equipment the employee needs to inspect the equipment, and give the customer a receipt that the piece has been returned on time or early as in my case. NOT LIP SERVICE. Your company texted me and called me days apart asking where their equipment was because you believe that I still had it. I got an email with a returned equipment receipt 3 days after I returned the equipment. And in fact the receipt is a LIE!!!! I did not return the piece 3/19/21 @ 4:00 PM, I returned it on 3/18/21 @ 11:55 AM. I have a phone record of my wife calling me at the time I was returning the equipment.RICHARD C.

The truck was not left for me at the time that i needed it. I had to wait two hours. The same thing happened the time before. I was not notified, either time, until i tried to pick it up. The truck that i got had a ramp that was barely usable. It was incredibly difficult to get in and out, which added a significant amount of time and effort to the move.Wulf P.

If a customer calls and an agent says they will update the contract over the phone; follow through and do this, so the service rep at the counter does not have to. This again, for the third time left my order inaccurate, and nearly charged me 3x more than the reserved quote online the night before while on the phone with the agent.Alex T.
