The gate was open and no one was stationed at this site. I had to call someone to make sure I was at the correct location. I was told to park the vehicle and drop the key in a lock box. The overall process was okay but I thought someone would have been there during the stated hours.

In the middle of nowhere, no personnel, that was ok, but your app was awful and there was no way to return the truck without using it and I was so angry with the experience. This will make me not use uhaul again
AMY BI don't think the lock combination was ever reset - my lock code was already input for that set of keys, so all I had to do was flick open the lock without changing/inputting any new combination.
