Humberto V.Worst service ever. Rented 26 ft drove away and turned the corner and the check engine light was on. Took it back was told that's already been checked out. I refused to keep that one. Got another one. Took over an hour when I had done everything online to speed up the process. Returning was a nightmare. System kept trying to charge me 44,000 in mileage when I drove 60 miles. Due to the switch of the rentals and staff screwing it up. Again spent over an hour trying to turn it back in. The next time I'll drive 20 miles to get my Uhaul as it will save me time and a lot of headaches!

Michelle M.The employee was 30 minutes late for work. The front door said open at 9AM and employee arrived at 9:30AM. There was a line of people. My reservation was from 9AM to 3PM. The employee told me I had to return the truck by 2PM. I explained that I reserved it to 3PM, the employee didn't acknowledge she was late. I didn't argue about it but was very discouraged. The employee told me that I could not use the California DMV license renewal confirmation form. Was going to cancel my reservation. I called U-Haul customer service and they confirmed it could be used over the phone. The employee set-up new reservation. The employee told me I had to return the truck by 2:45PM. It was now 10AM when this concluded an hour from my original set-up time. When I returned the truck exactly at 2:45PM, I was exhausted. The employee called me at 2:41PM to make sure I was returning it on time. I was pulling into the parking space to drop it off when this call occurred. It was excessive. I'm very discouraged by this employee from going to this location again. I was pleased with the U-Haul customer service department. They did help me accomplish my move. Thank you
Jeffrey J.The app still needs work. I tried to upload pictures of damages I saw before I picked up but the app crashed so I wasted a good amount of time uploading. The staff was great, they helped with marking damages prior to me taking the vehicle.

And the truck only had below quarter tank I put $20 in it and drove 29 miles the lady said I got a $12.00 discount and then called me and said I didn't put gas in when I I fact did and said I didn't get the discount . But I checked the truck back in with someone else and it was fine then she called me a day later after she had told me previously that the truck needed to be back by 1 pm after she made me wait over 30 minutes to even get the truck becouse she was late . So overall I was cheated out of time that was scheduled to me and the truck was to be rented as soon as I returned it. So why was I Not give n the discount for the gas that I was told I would get and oviously when I dropped the truck off everything was fine with the man who checked me in and then I get a call saying I didn't put in gas and so on, if it was rented after me why was she getting in and starting a truck to check the gas the next day after someone else had it and calling me to charge me more . The service was terrible the whole experience was .

Davilynn K.Explain to the customer if the truck is dropped off at another location, you will be changed over $100 more! I was so disappointed to find out that if I would have returned to the same location where I picked up the truck, that I wouldn't have been charged so much. I only used 27 miles and thought dropping off the truck in a location closer to my storage it would be cheaper, but in fact cost me way so much. I wish the the location would have explained this to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED

ANURAG J.The lady at the desk was extremely rude. I rented a dolly on Saturday and was told to bring it back on Sunday. However the place was closed on Sunday so I called and was told to bring it back Monday before they close. So i come Monday evening after work and she was upset, very rude and wanted to charge me for the 2 and a half days. I said I was told I wouldn't be charged because of the mix up, she then got upset rolled her eyes told me the price and said next time to take down names because she didn't say that. EXTREMELY RUDE NEVER COMING AGAIN

MICHELLE G.This location for pick was very very inconvenient for my move. Unfortunately, I was only able to use the truck for one day , although I did need it for 2plus days. I had to drive so far , over 2 hours to just pick up this truck. Then on my drop off location is not located where I am moving to either so I had to fund someone to drive me back to my new apartment which was also inconvenient. I didn't like this service at all and went so much out of my way to get this moving truck. Very dissatisfied

JEFFERY B.I had an existing reservation for >1month for a 20 foot truck. 3 days before my move I was contacted and told it was not available and given a location >15 miles away as the nearest location. I had already chosen my drop off location previously. Upon changing my reservation, my drop off location was changed to >1 hour away from my move location without telling me. This created a huge problem from me on moving day. This was extremely unprofessional and I will not be recommending this service or service location to any other friends/family. One positive was that the mobile app was useful in checking in and dropping off.

The truck had very loose steering. And had trouble shifting under small load. Office was nice and was immediately checking truck.
