Shocked by out sorry the truck was and tank was 1/4 full. Then when I dropped it off. Just said thank you. No process at all. Very strange.
Michael CWe ordered two furniture movers and a dozen pads. Neither were supplied and we were billed for them. The app has really got to be looked into. Specific directions and even the QR code send you to the App and the next step wasn’t found there. After 20 minutes we figured out the next step is on the website. The app should be split up into two separate function. One for pickup where that takes you to a page that has everything to do with pickup only and the other for drop off. The only bright spot was the gal that helped us get through this. She was kind and very calming about everything. Besides her, everything was a real nightmare. I’m hoping I get my money back for the stuff that wasn’t supplied.
