First i went to the shaw and willow location. Their truck did not have working AC so they referred me to this location. I'm so frustrated because i had to driver farther to pick up this truck that was farther away from both moving locations causing me more mileage and the truck did not have working AC! I should be refunded the mileage difference between this location and the willow location because they do not care about the customer. I will never go to this location again!
