MARIO MThe jack was completely broken on the trailer. I was not able to lower nor raise the auto transport. Loading the car was very difficult and took longer than it should have. The attendant was almost seriously injured. I never should have accepted the transport in the condition it was in.
GEORGE HEverything was great from walking into your office to pick up uhaul to leaving out the door appreciated the agent who helped me with the rental. Great customer service is what makes me return and tell my friends to go into your office and see for themselves what I’m talking about. So thanks again.
MARTHA ZExperience renting was easy. The employees at the front desk were so helpful even when I called to extend my rental. Returning the U-Haul was quick and simple on the app. Snapped some photos and then returned the keys in the drop box.
GUADALUPE ANo suggestions here. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who helped me but she was EXTREMELY PLEASANT to work with. Everyone there was nice, but since she helped me I got to experience how friendly and helpful she was.

JESUS JWeekend employee was rude and unprofessional seemed angry i pointed out that has was not as marked on contract. He later called with message stating if i don't bring it back at 1/4 tank i would be charged it was just under 1/8 i took a photo and showed it to him before leaving site. Mondays staff were awesome.
JERRY LThe truck was malfunctioning, it would not go in reverse, it had very little power going uphill. We had to call the roadside assistance to get it to work. We had to sit on the side of the road for hours for the truck to start again, please call me to discuss these issues. 4086056163
TANYA MThe front windshield was so dirty it was a safety hazard because of the dirt . I was told it was because there had been some sprinkles and that impacted the dust . I told the customer rep that there was bird poop that had been there for what looked like a long time & showed him pics I took. I also put in more gas than what the uhaul had to begin with. I was told I was getting a deal because I was being charged less. I was being charged less because I cut my trip short & returned it early so I could rent from another company. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and wouldn’t recommend.
Cynthia TYour employee was very patient and respectful. However when I recieved the vehicle there was just under 3:4 tank of feel. I returned the vehicle at that level. Since your paperwork said the tank was at 3/4 when I picked it up, but which it wasn’t., I was told I would get charged $56.00 for feul. I then had to take the truck and go add more feul to get it to the “3/4” full level. Which the cost was under the $56 I was told I would be charged. Doing this then added more miles to the truck which I then also had to pay for. No, I dud not take a picture of the gas guard before I left. I didn’t think it was necessary as I assumed I would be believed. I guess there is just no more trust left in this society. So so sad for the human race. I can say this for certainty, I will not be utilizing UHaul for any future truck rental requirements. Which I’m sure you could care less about this. Last time Customer, Susan Keller

frances kI made a reservation on 5/9/24 for Selma Ca. Received confirmation. The location pick up was changed two days before my pick up date which added over 20 minutes of driving time and miles each way. What’s the use of making a reservation? John RFirst i went to the shaw and willow location. Their truck did not have working AC so they referred me to this location. I’m so frustrated because i had to driver farther to pick up this truck that was farther away from both moving locations causing me more mileage and the truck did not have working AC! I should be refunded the mileage difference between this location and the willow location because they do not care about the customer. I will never go to this location again!

Humberto VWorst service ever. Rented 26 ft drove away and turned the corner and the check engine light was on. Took it back was told that’s already been checked out. I refused to keep that one. Got another one. Took over an hour when I had done everything online to speed up the process. Returning was a nightmare. System kept trying to charge me 44,000 in mileage when I drove 60 miles. Due to the switch of the rentals and staff screwing it up. Again spent over an hour trying to turn it back in. The next time I’ll drive 20 miles to get my Uhaul as it will save me time and a lot of headaches!

Michelle MThe employee was 30 minutes late for work. The front door said open at 9AM and employee arrived at 9:30AM. There was a line of people. My reservation was from 9AM to 3PM. The employee told me I had to return the truck by 2PM. I explained that I reserved it to 3PM, the employee didn't acknowledge she was late. I didn't argue about it but was very discouraged. The employee told me that I could not use the California DMV license renewal confirmation form. Was going to cancel my reservation. I called U-Haul customer service and they confirmed it could be used over the phone. The employee set-up new reservation. The employee told me I had to return the truck by 2:45PM. It was now 10AM when this concluded an hour from my original set-up time. When I returned the truck exactly at 2:45PM, I was exhausted. The employee called me at 2:41PM to make sure I was returning it on time. I was pulling into the parking space to drop it off when this call occurred. It was excessive. I'm very discouraged by this employee from going to this location again. I was pleased with the U-Haul customer service department. They did help me accomplish my move. Thank you
Jeffrey JThe app still needs work. I tried to upload pictures of damages I saw before I picked up but the app crashed so I wasted a good amount of time uploading. The staff was great, they helped with marking damages prior to me taking the vehicle.
