Poor signage. Had to search for staff. Utterly filthy toilets. Office disorganized and messy. I would not allow family or people i care about to visit this location. Considering that this location is a mere 5 minutes from a much more orderly and professional outlet I would suggest that rentals from this location me sent to another for pickup.

This location is unorganized and dirty. The staff are friendly and helpful and they sorted out the error that they made at drop-off but I don’t think this location overall reflects the values U-Haul is trying to project. I will definitely rent from another location next time.

I phone the pickup location the day before due to U-haul systems being down to confirm. I booked the truck at 9am and was told, oh can you come at 9:30? I proceeded to say unfortunately not as I booked it at 9am and we are moving. They told me that was fine, when we arrived to collect the truck at 9am no one was there and waited till 9:40am - at this time someone arrived and they didn't know how to check out 'dispatch' the truck. We went over and over the issue for another 15-20 minutes. Now putting me one hour late for my move out. Finally they dispatched the truck. HOURS later after driving for 2 hours U-haul calls me to ask if I am collecting my truck today. I told them I have the truck, they noted the truck had not been dispatched and I am driving with no valid contract and no insurance, this is completely dangerous and unacceptable. I then had to stop my move, reload drivers licence and validate everything again in the middle of my day. The truck had no fuel when picked up and absolutely no one knew what to do to dipatch. I also rented another UHaul from Downtown location and had NO ONE at the pickup and unable to use the mobile pickup as the location had not set up properly. Overall horrible experience.

The whole experience was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. highly recommend this location!

A couple of things - while the owner was able to amend the situation - upon arrival, there was no one at the front. When someone came, they couldn’t find the keys. Turns out the owner took the keys home in error. We got access to our truck an hour after our reservation time. The owner had told us we could keep it 2 or 3 hours longer which was helpful but wouldn’t have been necessary if they had properly planned on the first place. The upsetting thing is I had originally booked with a place closer to our house but was called by U-Haul to use this one and told we would get a 50% discount on the mileage used. I wish we had just stuck with our original choice. I don’t recommend this area to anyone.

Terrible service I waited 30 minutes for pickup because the office was empty. To make matters worse,they overcharged me for 4 miles. I asked for joint inspection when I returned the truck,but he said it was okay without checking. Watch out for hidden miles charges here

When I got to the location where they directed me to go, there was no one there to help us check in and we had to wait a very long time for someone to give us the keys. I would never recommend this to somebody.

Absolutely worst service i have used. Guy was an hour late for my pick up and charged me for a whole tank of gas when it was only a quarter when I got it.
