Erika SThe pick up was fast. The gas tank was not on 1/4th however I still returned the Uhaul with gas in it. The lock on the back of the truck didn’t work for the trailer. I kept the dollys in the front of the truck so no one would steal them. Other than that I was pleased with the experience. I would recommend these guys and rent from them again.
SIEDA JA bit of patience may be needed, as the main office is under renovation/construction. A temporary office is located within the gated area in one of the rental office spaces. There is an open gate to walk through and access the office. A small delay may be experienced in gaining gate access to drive through and park or access your rental if you do not have a storage unit gate code. Completing online checkin before entering the office, then having you driving license and payment card in hand will expedite in-office pickup steps. There will also be phone based steps to complete when viewing your rental before departing- pictures and acceptance of the unit condition. Similar phone app steps make drop off of the unit really easy, with no paperwork to complete.
Lynn RThis is my forth U-Haul to rent this week where I have picked up the unit at barely 1/4 of fuel. It’s extremely difficult to plan a day of utilization for the tool you’re renting when a fuel trip has to get added to the agenda just to have enough fuel to get to the starting location of your project. Why is there never fuel in the vehicles?

MELVA MI rented a truck and as soon I went out I realized something was wrong with it. The truck didn’t go over 40 miles per hour and then the temperature went up. I had to call roadside assistance when they told me it was the transmission. I called back to the place where I rented and they told me to go back with the truck to have another one. I lost 3 or 4 hrs with this. They should make sure the trucks are well maintained and avoid this kind of issues to the customer. when you are moving time is precious .

RAFAEL LYes based on proximity to location and availability of trailers. The drop off process was fine, but the camera section of the App doesn’t work. Didn’t work at checkin or at return.

LEON WLocation was nice. My only concern would be that the location was that U-Haul switched the location on the last day and did not give me the extra mile caused by the location. I went over on mile because of the location change. Mile should have need added.

JOFFRE RI dropped the truck off after hours and the location was difficult to find at night due to poor lighting. The parking lot was DARK with minimal lighting. There was a security car parked further down but of no assist. I'm not sure if anyone was in the car. The instructions to drop off after hours are the most difficult I've ever experienced and if you have to call customer service for help, it's $20. How ridiculous! When I finally found the drop off instructions, it had me taking pics inside and outside of a dark truck in a dark suspicious location. I would not recommend this location after hours and I think the drop off instructions are difficult so they can make you call and charge $20.

Theodore SWe had no problems with the location but we did have problems getting the truck. I had initially reserved the truck for a different location and then I received a call saying that they would offer a discount if I could pick up at a different location, which was not a problem. She had mentioned that I could pick the truck up early if I wanted using the afterhours pick up at the new location. We logged in to our account and were unable to gain access to the keys. We initially talked to one gal and she saw a problem so she transferred us to someone else and this is where things went south. This lady had no patience for what we were saying even telling me that I was reading the information wrong. She was very condescending and scoffed at most of what we had to say. She eventually acknowledged that we were at the correct location and 30 minutes later, we were able to proceed. BUT, we had no idea that we needed to supply phone numbers of 2 different people to be contacted to verify operation. Had we known this, we could have prepared some people to be expecting calls....at 11pm. We eventually hung up on the representative and came back the next morning. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. (No discount was ever given)
Mark PThis has to be the best experience I have ever had with the customer service at the facility. It was a little haunting with the app trying to do the mobile rental. But the employees at the actual facility are top tier and very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone
Charles BThe storage location is, at the time of this writing, under improvements. So finding the office was a little confusing, but once i did come in contact with the associate, she was apologetic for the confusion and did everything she could to make my drop-off as easy as possible. She disconnected the trailer with a friendly demeanor and smile on her face. She even made suggestions on how i could make my future drop offs easier with their location. I asked if she needed help moving the trailer to a parked postion and she happily said "not at all, i got it!" Now that is service with a smile!

Henry II got a call Monday night changing my pick up time from 9 to 10 because someone forgot to set up my self check in and wouldn’t be in until 10. I waited for 30 min and no one showed up. Customer service was helpful and found me a new truck nearby. I got to the second location and couldn’t find someone to check me in for another 10 min. The trucks bumper was barely hanging on and was not in great condition. I lost an hour with my movers that I had to pay for. Frustrating experience I thought you should know about. Thanks.

Tubular B | Overall ExperienceBest storage experience I’ve had, customer for 4 yrs (left because we moved). We used the temperature controlled units, they were great, I always felt safe accessing my unit, my items were kept in perfect condition and I never worried about my contents being damaged or broken into, no wired smells or pests, there was always a dolly or rolling cart to help move things from the unit to the car, just an easy and great set up. Our pricing felt totally reasonable and affordable for the unit size and service. Staff was always helpful. Highly satisfied!
