The driver's window on the truck was down and it had been raining all day so the driver's side of the cab was very wet. Also, I ordered an appliance dolly but the truck was loaded with a furniture dolly and furniture pads. The person who was supposed to be on-site at the pickup location was out sick so I had to check in via the U-Haul app so I wasn't able to switch out the dollies/pads. The truck was in perfect running order and my move went extremely smoothly. I will rent from U-Haul in the future despite this very uncharacteristic hiccup.

The dispatcher at the location was neither attentive nor careful enough to hook the trailer to my truck the correct way, the trailer disengaged from my truck almost as soon as I left the location, luckily there was not a lot of traffic, I have it captured on my truck monitor camera.

The lady in the office is rude , I felt bad for an elderly man that she was being mean to , she's not friendly and doesn't belong in customer service . UhAul will lose customers because of her. She's mean and doesn't belong in customer service ! Never returning to this location !

Reprimand and re-train the attendant at that location. She is very rude, non-chalant and has a bad attitude. Her lack of pride in her job or care for customers causes a lot of confusion and could result in dangerous consequences for whomever is renting the equipment. Though the manager of this location swiftly and professionally fixed the issues and addressed the concerns

I rent from uhual 8 so far this year. I will never use this location again. A woman with attituude said I had the wrong size ball. I have been towing uhauls with this truck and same hitch for years. She mad me leave to go get another ball. I returned with same ball and it worked. She was so rude it was embarring because I had a friend with me. She also called me 5 minutes after the time I was suppose to be there. I advised her that I was in traffic and would be there in 10 mins. She disconnected the line.

6X12 trailer dispatched dirty with yard dirt and defective trailer lights. Got pulled over at night, cited for defective lights. Employees need to prioritize to check lights on trailer function prior to dispatch. Employees don't understand that this could have been a wreck waiting to happen!
