The truck I picked up was a piece of shit, it raddled, shook, and sounded like a jet plane when you pressed the gas. It was clean but a truck that is not worth renting. If i had not needed I would not have accepted it, there were other trucks there but I do not know I was given that truck I hope it wasn't anything racial or your representative having a bad day but I will never rent from uhaul again.
