Getting through the rental agreement process and access to my unit was a simple, straightforward process. Office and overall facilities looked to be in good condition as well. Appreciated that they had a unit available on short notice as well. Mark was very helpful running the office that day too.

JOSE G | ReservationThe only reason I moved out is because I moved 30 miles away to another greater Houston city. I had more interaction with the office staff when I first started renting. As time had progressed over the last five or 6 years ( it may have been even longer) I have not made as many visit to the unit. Unfortunately, there is not another location in my city. It has also been a true blessing because the rate was not increased every 6 months or so (unlike the new storage facility that I now have to rent from).

Bill E | ReservationLack of communication, waited over a year for my latch to be replaced on my storage unit, which to the date I moved out still hasn't been replaced there for there were times I couldn't access my unit or sometimes even secure it, as a business owner that had things stored in it cost me sales because I couldn't access them at times. I'm very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.

We used the temperature controlled units, they were great, I always felt safe accessing my unit, my items were kept in perfect condition and I never worried about my contents being damaged or broken into, no wired smells or pests, there was always a dolly or rolling cart to help move things from the unit to the car, just an easy and great set up. Our pricing felt totally reasonable and affordable for the unit size and service. Staff was always helpful. Highly satisfied!
