My original pick up location was cancelled and changed to a different location only 10 minutes before pick up time. I was then called and switched again. I started towards the third location which made me have to wait in my car for a hour before opening. I then sat around at that location for 2 hours before getting my truck. Uhaul didn't even offer me any money back or off of my price. I was very disappointedWilliam M.
This was an auto repair center. The good thing was Felicia.. She could not access the computer but she took my information. I called the 800 number and they switched my drop off with no problem. All went very well. The truck was very comfortableEDWARD G.

I received a truck that had a battery that was totally drained. Had to get a service provider to jump start the truck twice. First after only driving for 7 miles. Then again after being parked for 6 hours. Don't give us defective equipment please. I wasted several hours waiting for these service providers and making calls to get a jump start. When I stopped the truck, it had to be jump started again (despite leaving engine on for an hour). Not a happy customer at all.anne D.

This was not my preferred location for pick up. The pickup location i choose was next door to my residence I could walk there. Uhaul dispatch call me the day before and changed my pickup location. I reserved the trucks two weeks in advance. This location was over a half hour drive in the middle of trenton nj. I had to get someone to drop me off there. Extra milage and extra time spent picking it up. Not very happy with thay, also considering that I have rented many times in the past two years.WILLIAM K.
I picked up from a mechanic shop while the employees were very friendly they the truck was not clean at all there were gauze pads and disposable underwear in the cargo area of the truck that I had to clean out also the truck was not maintained at all and needed a new tire which set me back 2 hours during my trip. I also reserved a utility dolly and an appliance dolly but neither were available at the pickup location, I was directed to pick up from a nearby U-Haul branded store but they also had no dolly's available for me to rent. The truck drove horrible compared to other U-Haul veichles I have rented. This was my first terrible experience with renting a uhaul.SHAWN S.
This was the first time I used the web page to reserve a trailer. With (almost) all the info entered on-line, pick up was fast and easy! I was impressed that the trailer I reserved was actually there. The U-haul website actually narrowed down a trailer that I could use with my exact tow vehicle and then found the trailer locally. The garage I dealt with was informed and friendly, and they did the hookup, chains and lights for me. I remain pleased with the whole experience!!Doug M.
I went to Bordentown to pick up my trailer and was told I had to go to Trenton. She said I was sent a text message which I never received because it was my house phone. I wasted over an hour of my time because I was never notified of the change of location ! I never received a phone which was promised.Joseph M.

The system never identified my order and therefore upon return. It seemed like we had stole the vehicle. I don't know if there was clique in the system or the confirmation was ever completed. Of course it was finally straighten out.Gloria D.

The wiper blades on the truck were in very poor condition and make it very dangerous driving through through a rainstorm. I had to pull over under an overpass for a very long time for my safety.Kwesi B.

Horrible experience! Completely unprofessional. They overcharged me and changed what I signed up for and when I called them they told me I had to call Uhaul to get it handled. I called uhaul several times but the wait time was forever and I never ended up getting through. I tried the online chat but no one ever responded and I am not going to try to email them to get this issue resolved. I will never go to this location again. Also, it clearly said my card wouldn't be charged and that I would be using it as a deposit and when I attempted to pay for the rental in cash, they said my card had already been charged.Shonique D.
I rented a truck on may16,2019..The truck had damage to the right hang when Stephon gave me the truck.And the truck had quarter tank of gas..I don't know what's going on with these people trying to extort money out of me...For one I thing I did not sign any contract to rent this truck...And Stephon never did a walk around to make sure everything was good and he didn't look at the gas meter with me. So I will be appealing this receipt for damage. I will never send anybody to that location...Because if they this to me they will do it to someone else. And they told me they had pictures taken in real time but they couldn't produce them.. So I guess I guess I will be you in court.Gwendolyn D.
The individual in charge of handing over the keys was horrible. He would not give the keys up I had to call uhaul to have them get him to do it. This took 30 minutes. Our information wasn't even in the system. This was an absolutely horrible experience. The uhaul was also left on empty which screwed us over.Robert C.

The manager of the site doesn't know what he's doing. The experience was a complete nightmare. The mileage when the truck was received differed greatly from the one they charged on my credit card. The truck was brought back in prestine condition. Yet, I was charged $25.00 for cleaning fee. Yet, this was a truck that wreaked with cigarettes smell all over--a smell that I'm allergic to being asthmatic. I wonder what type of cleaning they really do. I got the truck when the fuel level was 1/4 of the tank and returned when it when it was 1/8 of the tank having driven only 13 miles. Yet, they claimed the tank was 7/8 of the tank. Did that mean I spent 6/8 of the tank driving 13 miles? I was charged a total of $70.00 to refuel the tank. By the time all this was done, my card had bled $245.00 approx for 2 days of renting a truck of $20.00 per day. Sucks. Doesn't it? I went to the manager to complain. He had no clue who to call to resolve the issues and discrepancies. Above all, he was rude! Very rude!! His customers service skills need serious polishing. Honestly!Reward O.
