Please refund my credit card for the dolly. I did not have the dolly.
Fallin TMake clear whether or not anybody will be at the location at time of pickup. I was expecting someone to be there, but instead I had to use the app/website to get the truck. This method took quite some time (about an hour) and multiple calls to U-Haul customer service in order to work. Additionally, the truck cab and inside the back of the truck leaked. The driver and passenger will get soaked when driving this vehicle in the rain. Several of my boxes also got wet due to the leak.

MARK CThe interior of the truck was disgustingly filthy, and it was almost completely empty of fuel. And on top of that, you guys charged me an extra $60 for your own mistake and that completely drained my account, I can't even put gas in my own car to go to work for the rest of the week. This company sucks and I will absolutely be going with metro next time i move.

I loaded and left with the trailer myself. Later the mgr said that “oh i forgot to unlock door and i was on other side of garage. I was not able to put on my VIP certificate online. The uhaul pick location person Up said they could not accept the vip cert and to call UHAUL for help. I phoned regional manager Kevin and gave him the VIP cert number. Said he would look into it. No further contact . Left three emails to him with no further info. VIP cert was 6D66B523. This is a 100.00 dollar vip provided to me due to past difficult situations with uhaul services. I was billed for over 200.00. This was for a military move. Please help before i need to push this further up the leadership ladder.
Danny WMy appliance dolly and furniture dolly were not in the truck when I picked it up and there was no one at the location to assist me. I called and the owner said the people that dropped the truck off were supposed to turn them in and didn't.
jason rExtremely disappointed!!! I have used Uhaul many times with my family. First I was lied to, told the pick up location was in downtown Birmingham, where my storage unit is located, only to fly into Birmingham and find out the rental was located in Hueytown, AL, more than 20 minutes from downtown. This costed me extra money in an Uber. When picking up the uhaul, the truck was DIRTY as all get out inside. Crushed up chips on the floor of the drivers side, crumbs on the passenger floor and liquid on the passenger side floor. The cup holders were filthy, sticky and had food crumbs inside. I asked if I needed to fill up the vehicle with gas to make sure I wouldn’t be charged and the manager told me “no” then I wake up to a 76$ fee to my card this morning for gas. I was lied to and decieved and want compensation. This is unacceptable. Especially when I am confounding off I need to fill the gas up. I do not have $80 more to spare. Dolly was dropped off at 5:30. They don’t close till 6. Considering the wait earlier that morning I feel the charge should have been waived. This will be the last time I use uhaul services.

Dale STrailer had dirt and gravel inside. Nobody was there to help attach the heavy trailer even though I was told I had to be there in the morning before they closed. I tried to use the automated pickup but it said my session had expired
Timothy NI ordered the equipment for Pelham and was sent to Vestavia only to discover that I had to wait 4 hours and go to Hueytown. Not very customer friendly. The guy in Hueytown was nice but the location is a dive.
Mark NThe truck tire was wobbling so bad , very dangerous. I reserved the truck at another location but the day of pick up I was noticed it was a 30 mins drive away from the local told her. That made things so difficult for me and my help. Once I made it to the location no human was there then on top of that it took forever to get to a live person to help me in the right direction. Candace HNo one was at the officer to assist me with my rental.. l had difficulty doing my rental on mobile… After speaking twice with U-Haul CSR problem was not resolved.. l did call a cellular number displayed on the wall and that gentleman assist me with my rental and keys lock box😡

Ray HThis whole process has been a nightmare. I have spent several hours on the phone between hold times, actual calls, being disconnect and chat also disconnected me and no one called back. Currently on hold again because the agent disconnected the call and did not contact me back the reason for the calls now are because I was charged twice for milage. I will NOT be using you again.

terry lThe truck was dirty inside the cab and box of the truck. The truck being dirty is my biggest issue. I don't want to get charged a cleaning fee for something I did not do. Items were blocking the box that holds the keys. No where to park when I returned the truck. I had to park in the street next to the building. A guy came and moved it fairly quickly but not until I got done checking the truck back into the u-haul website.
KOBY RMake sure that there is a person to talk with. I had absolutely no,phone contact with anyone at this facility. I made multiple calls to each number listed but all to no avail. I finally drove there to pick up rental. The place is filthy, the lot was a muddy mess.

Patrick CHad truck reserved in Tuscaloosa, but truck was not available, so I had to drive to this location (nearest location) to pick up the truck I reserved. Arrived at 9am and store was not open. Completed rental on phone with store representative. Store representative was helpful and courteous.

John SI originally reserved a truck for the Vestavia location and received a call the night before saying that there wasn't a truck available. I asked to be accommodated for driving 27 miles out of my way and back, I was told no. Also when I arrived to pick up my truck it was completely filthy on the inside. I wasn't going to clean it, it was not my responsibility to clean someone else's mess. I wanted another truck but the location did not open until 9 which was a 2hr inconvenience for me. When I dropped off the truck, I was charged $30 for not cleaning up a mess I did not make. That is completely unfair. I called uhaul customer service. I couldn't get anyone on the line. I have used uhaul before and never had such bad service. I returned a truck the same way I received it and i get penalized for it. Ridiculous. Something has to be done about it

STACY RI was told by renter I was paying for 2 days then I got an email my 6 hour return time had expired I contacted an online chat I was told I was paid till the next day and had to return to original rental place which was done in less than 24 hours so why have I been charged for two days on my debit card

It was 20 miles further out than my original location. I had no contract and the vehicle was not full of gas and when I returned it at the level it was I was charged for to fill it up. This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul and I am telling everyone i know.
