Brian WIt was very annoying to pick up a truck with 1/4 of a tank of fuel so i almost immediately had to get gas. Otherwise everything was great!

GARY SI was checking in and speaking with a woman behind the counter when another associate walked up and asked “You’re not leaving your car here are you?” I said I was as I was only using the U-Haul for 2 hours. He said he doesn’t have any parking and I could leave it at a grocery store or at a boat dock, both places this business didn’t own. Once I got into the U-Haul, it was dirty, worn out, stained, smelled like exhaust fumes. As I was driving it, the truck continued to backfire, make a sputtering noise and was overall embarrassing to drive. K will never use this location again! I’ve never had a bad experience with U-Haul until today.

Tim TAfter leaving the location, I noticed the “check engine” light was on. I called to let them know and they were aware of it. They should’ve told me about it before I left. Otherwise, it was a excellent.

ARTHUR LWhy does U-Haul have new trucks without Cruise Control. Made the 4 hour trip painful for my right leg. Had to constantly monitor my speed and not keep my eyes on the road. I found that often I was going over the speed limit.

John SI should have asked for another truck when the tire sensor was on, and I guess the sensor is broken. They did go out and check the sensor but having it on when I was driving 2 hours there and back still made me uneasy.... Whoever rented the truck before me must have been vaping a ton because I found a vape in the floor and I had to stop and get window cleaner because the windshield inside was so filthy. The seat adjustment was so difficult to move also. I like the place that I rent from. They are always so nice. I think this one just missed the mark. Next time I will check the truck over better.
MELONEE KThe tie down points (horizontal boards on inside walls of trailer) need more gap in them so a hook from a ratchet strap can pass through. Enjoyed having a ramp on a covered 5X8-that was a very nice feature.

PAUL KI was told I needed truck back at 5 pm. It was rented for 5 hours. They did not explain to me I had the truck for 24 hours. I could have gotten the move done. I feel like partial refund would be appreciated. I returned truck after only 4 hours.

RICHARD EEasy drop off experience although the location was not easy to take the required pictures. But it was easy to drop off via the virtual method so it made it relatively quick and simple. I dropped it off after hours so I did not have any interation with teh personnel but I have had positive experiences with the customer service at this location in the past.
