The folks at Schwartz Bait & Tackle make my job so much easier...couldn't do what I do without them...they always accomodate my needs and especially this time of year...wedding season is in full force and as a floral designer...installations are crucial from a timing perspective and the vans are always ready to roll for me...

MARQUITTO WThe only negative that I would comment on was upon dropping off the trailer I was questioned on how I hooked it back up to my truck. I’ve been towing trailers for 40+ years and have a good idea of how to hook trailers up but for the two guys to question “who hooked the trailer up wrong” and “no one does it like that” comment was not welcomed. Safety is the main priority and we all get there in different ways and my way has been working fine for 40+. Chains were connected, ball secure, wiring harness plugged in. You do you and I’ll do me, thank you!

ANGELA WIt took just minutes for me to drop off the trailer I had rented and I had the immediate attention of the young man that cared for the drop off. I was impressed with how quick and simple it was for me to get this done.
lonnie sMy pick up time was 9am. Other people were picking theirs up before me. When I received it I got a notification to take pics of the truck. When I was done it was 9:30am. My scheduled drop off was 7pm but was running 20 min late due to trouble with the back door not wanting to open. I put more fuel than needed. They did online return so I didn’t get an itemized receipt.
JENNIFER CAlways the best service and very helpful. Unfortunately, I returned the trailer very dirty since we got it stuck while onloading and the team was still very understanding and took care of cleaning the trailer for me. When it comes to trailer needs no one does it better than Swartz in Noblesville In.

PATRICIA COur "go to" location to rent UHaul. We accidentally reserved at the wrong location, but showed up at this location for pick up and they were so wonderful to get us a truck just like we needed and then to point us to the location we had accidentally reserved at who I then called and they were also so very kind to release the reservation with no additional charge. It was a very difficult day as we moved my mom out of her assisted living apartment and into memory care and then used the UHaul to take one of her larger items to Fort Wayne for my daughter to use. A yucky weather day and a difficult emotional day. Your kind staff made our day a smidge brighter with their kindness and care in getting what we needed in a very short period of time and getting us off and running on our day. Will absolutely use again should the need arise.

They are friendly, personable, maintain a clean shop and are also available to assist with any logistical and timing issues that may arise during my rental. I use them often when I need trucks to haul material for my business. Quick and easy pick up and drop off!

CHARLES EI picked up the trailer and when I got home I had difficulty opening the door. I loaded the trailer and the door wouldn’t close. I had to call Roadside Assistance. They came out to my house late Thursday night to fix it. Disheartening when you pay $360 to have issues immediately. It was clear the trailer had not been maintained. The gaskets around the door were all dry rotted.
KIMBERLY VThe truck is very old and we had issues with the transmission not wanting to switch gears. Thank goodness it was a very short local move.

JO YI didn’t have any issue with the staff. My vehicle wasn’t there and they did try to find one. They blamed problems on website. The website needs some work. Not USER friendly. The truck wasn’t in bad shape. It needed to have service. Side mirrors was broken and it made driving very unsafe. I won’t recommend UHAULas a rental if all the equipment was like this truck. The transmission was slipping, mirrors broken, and no way to adjust seats. Even the radio was broken. Really to justify the money spent on the rental.

RICHARD JWe initially had a reservation at the Atlanta IN location. We were not informed that this is an unmanned location. We arrive to find a shed, yes a shed. There are three lock boxes. My wifebhad to stand on three concrete blocks to stand outside in the freezing cold to input the number given to us. The lock didn't work, the site is unsafe. Expecting people to stand on concrete blocks three high is assanign and dangerous. I called uhaul and they were able to find a real live person at another location. No apologies, no compensation for their errors. FYI itbis the same price with or without a live person. This is complete bull shit.
