Timothy NThis truck needs to be replaced. It has what sounds like an obnoxious exhaust leak, or something causing it to be very loud. Anytime I would accelerate, brake, or go through a curve, the engine oil light would come on.

Brayden WThis is the 2nd time I’ve reserved a U-Haul from a different location and they couldn’t get one by the time I needed it. I had to drive 50 miles (round trip) out of my way to pick up and return. Schwartz’s did a great job with getting it to me though.

Michael KHeather at the cashier desk was extremely passive aggressive and rude while being asked a question about the services and payment. When asked by another patron about why she was being so passive aggressive and short-fused, Heather rolled her eyes and avoided the question. I will never recommend this location to anyone I know, nor will I ever be using services here again. Heather listened to respond and not to understand. The people working at this location lack emotional regulation skills and it shows in their service and attitude. Heather, as well as the other employees need more training on “pay later” services offered by U-Haul. None of the employees were competent enough to understand the system or how Affirm works. This is a problem. If a certain payment method is being offered, then employees should be well equipped to handle those situations.
Temple HTwo of the four tires on the trailer have worn tires with a very low amount of tread life left. I was thankful that I didn’t have a problem but I recommend changing those tires for the next customer
