This was a really BAD experience!!!! We really got the 'run around'!!! We we scheduled (and paid for a truck on Monday) and told on Friday it had been given to someone else!! We were told we could pickup a truck in at one location and then told it was in another location 50 miles away??? We finally got the truck we when eventually talk to ONE excellent employee (Rhonda) who understood system and got us a truck!! THANKS RHONDA!!!!!(SHE REALLY TOOK CONTROL)!!! THANKS ALSO TO BRETT IN BAYOU VISTA for cleaning up ' THE MESS'!!JOHN A.

I reserved 26 ft. truck, another customer reserved 20 ft. truck on same day as I. The other customer upgraded to the 26 ft. truck I reserved. When I arrived there was no 26 ft. truck that I reserved. My movers and husband all took off from work on this day, we did not receive the truck until that evening loosing nearly a whole day of work. The movers we not able to help us once the truck arrived. a huge inconvience and set back, closing on the sale of our home. The owner an manager at the store said it was out of their control. The other customer should not have taken the truck we reserved, he should have taken the truck he reserved. when we were called to the store to pick up our truck we were told that they canceled our original reservation once the other customer took our designated truck. This is bad business. I will not be using this company again and have advised my friends and family of this situation.Darrell R.

The truck was very when I picked it up but they expect you to clean it before you return it or they can charge a $25.00 and they could have cleaned it since the previous renter hadn't.Tonya S.

Two tires one on each side had little to no tread on them. I took pictures of the tire issue. This is very dangerous and I had to drive very slow because I was afraid of what could happen.ADONIA WINETTE T.

The equipment was in good mechanical condition, drove well, and served us well with no issues mechanical at all. The average rate comes from the cleanliness of the truck when I picked it up. I read that with the Covid-19 the equipment was being sanitized between users and that is hard to believe. There was drinking straw wrappers and dust and grime in the cab and it smelled like someone drove cross-country chain smoking green cigars. I had to go to a wash to clean enough bugs off the windshield to see to drive. It was not what I would consider, rent-ready.ROBERT M.

Other than a trailer brake light, things went smoothly after Ernie, the store manager got the wiring fixed, in a timely manner. He treated us like family. Would highly recommend this location and will call him when I need u-haul in the future!CARY C.

Uhaul changed our truck reservation from a 20' to a 26' truck without our knowledge. Caused quiet a bit of turmoil and delayed our move. still waiting on a call back to discuss the rate. My rate was not adjusted on location.David G.

Showed store opened at 6:00am online. I schedule for 6:30. Store didn't open until 7:00. Took 30-40 minutes to get everything finalized once they opened, despite checking in online days before. Did not have 1/2 the things we added to our order: moving blankets & a second furniture dolly. I made reservation 3 days before. During that time no store or uhaul rep contacted us about order variances. (Time/Equipment) Not sure if this is a uhaul or store issue, but it's poor business!Jason C.

The front chain did not have a clip to hook to the front of the vehicle so luckily we already had tow straps with us that we had to use to secure the vehicle being towed. Other than that the trip was good.Amanda G.

I was charged for insurance when I know for sure I unchecked the box to accept the insurance when I placed the order online. Also charging $1.09 per mile is unbelievably expensive. A $19.99 rental costs me $50+ plus gas. NEVER AGAIN!Ashley H.
