If I could leave zero stars, I would. Not only was the uhaul not there at the lot as scheduled. I called multiple times to verify that a truck would be on the lot as told to me the THURSDAY before our move.ONLY THEN to be told on Friday that the truck we reserved would not be there. we were charged for dollys and moving equipment we never recieved in the next uhual we had to get. We received the van with 128 miles in it and spent 55$ filling it back up and returned it with 138 miles left in the tank. ONLY THEN, to be charged an extra $50 by uhual for fuel ????? This company is unreliable and garbage (both uhual AND trans specificities) Do not even get me started on the self serve process. It took 45 minutes of taking photos over and over before it accepted the pictures of our ID. No exaggeration. Truly a nightmare to deal with during such a time sensitive move.

Kirk BI ordered moving blankets but there were none in the van when we picked it up & the website wouldn’t allow me to upload a photo showing that. I would like a refund for the $10 charge.
Nichole CIf a customer has a reservation, that vehicle should not be rented out and it should be available for that customer. That is the purpose of a reservation! I shouldn't be forced to get a larger vehicle than what I reserved are I should not have to wait additional 10 hours past my reservation time to accommodate someone else who didn't do the due diligent process of making a reservation. So no I won't be making any recommendations!
