Anthony TThe truck I picked up had a low tire, which I observed and made staff aware. I was told since I had already completed rental paperwork , it was now my responsibility. I was given the number to call for roadside assistance, even though I had not moved the truck yet. So I waited over two hours for service truck to come before a new tire was put on. Afterward it took another two and a half hours to load the truck. By this time I was hot and tired and not able to drive where I needed to go. So this delay cost me a nights stay in a hotel, which was out of my pocket. Also, next day after driving a few miles, I discovered the air conditioner wasn't working. So I had to drive four hours with the window down. My shirt was pretty wet when getting to my destination. I think I will check with the competition next time I need to rent a truck.

lee wCheck to make sure equipment is useable and functional before renting it out. The sliding door cable was broken on the 6x12 trailer I rented and had to wait 4 hours in 100 degree heat for a technician to come fix the door. Witch caused me to have to rent a hotel and miss my eye surgery appointment the following day. Very disappointed to say the least.

Eddie DI was way over charged. First of all the lady said if I went over on miles then it was . 15 cents a mile not a 1$ then. I had to drop off in Heber because my family member had been hit in a car accident, wat do y'all do but charge 250.00$ TRASH

Brian HHaving not previously rented a U-Haul, my initial experience was excellent. The gentlemen who got me setup and helped me to get the U-Haul was fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to. When I returned the U-Haul however my experience was the exact opposite. The person who collected they keys was less friendly and simply said "i would have you sorted" to my question about mileage and if anything else was needed from me. I was told initially that I would only pay for the mileage that I used, to be safe i said it would be about 20 miles. I in fact only used 11 but when my bill arrived, I got booked for all 20 miles.
georg aEmployee wasn’t very good at working the computer, they told me i had 24hrs but my check equipment back but my actual return was 8:15pm the day i rented it, i told them HOPEFULLY i could return it before they closed but i wasn’t able to that day & before i could return their equipment they were calling & asking where there it was, no i HOPEFULLY won’t rent anything at this location again !!!!!!

Alan HThis reservation was made almost two weeks prior to the pick-up date. Less than 24 hours before, we were directed to this pick-up site due to the correct truck not being available. We were assured that ALL the items and the needed truck would be at the new site. At the new site we were attended to by a young man with a very dismissive attitude. He told us as we were checking out the truck that the furniture dolly was not available. The dolly was specifically chosen as it was needed for the items being moved. His answer was that just because the online site allowed us to choose it did not mean he would have one. When we asked for a regular dolly, he said none were available even though two were setting behind him. The other service person, a young lady, had to remind him that there were some regular dollies available. No accommodations were offered due to the equipment issue and even though the substitute site was over 30 miles out of our way, no adjustments were made to the trip milage.

Gary FI'm being charged an extra fee because I called and got a new drop-off location. How is it when one calls and gets a new drop-off approved do you have the balls to then say it is the wrong location and try to weasel another 50 dollars.

Terry CConsider adjusting rates for someone looking for a truck of a smaller size. “Rate down” if you will. Especially if the truck is only needed for a few hours to properly remove the remaining materials from their onsite storage space.
David BComputers were down so we couldnt rent when we needed it. Not their fault but we left number and they were supposed to call when we could. They did not. The young man that morning was not rude but just generally unprofessional. The truck was dirty and smelled bad in the cab and we got charged a cleaning fee when we turned it in.

John MIt took 43 mins to rent a car hauler. That was 43 minutes at the desk while the 2 employees were trying to get the rental in and at the price I was told from the employee who answered the phone. They both denied it was one of them and told me it was a guy in customer service. I finally left and came right back because the equipment would not work for what we needed. So, 1st of all, it took a ridiculous amount of time to rent and no time at all to bring it back. 2nd of all, I did not get a email to return the trailer so I had to go inside and, bless his heart, the employee had to return it for me. Not a good experience. The service took too long and I was still charged for equipment that I couldn't use.

Kerwin SThe staff and business at Searcy U Storage 1001 E Beebe Capps Expwy Searcy, AR 72143 were fine. However U-haul policy of reserving trucks/trailers to customers prior to the previous customer returning is not respectful. I had reserved a 15’ foot truck. When I arrived to pick the truck up, the previous renter had decided to keep it longer. I had to settle for 10’ truck that was returned while learning the 15’ truck was not available. Thankfully with the help of brothers and in Christ who brought over their trucks and trailers my family and I were able to complete our move. I was able to still return the 10’ prior to the return of the 15’ foot truck I had reserved.

Clifford HThe truck we were supposed to rent was not returned in time so the guy at the desk allowed us to either rent a 20ft at the price of the 15ft or get the 10ft. But there was a 15ft truck available that he offered us and the process was seamless.

Richard SI picked up the trailer the day before I was to use it because they weren’t going to be open when I left, I left the lot at 1457, my email says 1430. The next day I called and said I would be there at 1500 and was told it would be another day rental. I decided to take it back the next day and the parking lot was full of vehicles which made it more difficult to back it in.

Robert CThe truck needs work on the back door! IRS rough to open and close!!! The latches are rusted. The worker was aware of the issue when we took the truck but you didn’t have anymore and we needed a truck so we went ahead and used it. It was rough to use! We made due. Would use UHaul again but that needs fixed.
