The staff and business at Searcy U Storage 1001 E Beebe Capps Expwy Searcy, AR 72143 were fine. However U-haul policy of reserving trucks/trailers to customers prior to the previous customer returning is not respectful. I had reserved a 15’ foot truck. When I arrived to pick the truck up, the previous renter had decided to keep it longer. I had to settle for 10’ truck that was returned while learning the 15’ truck was not available. Thankfully with the help of brothers and in Christ who brought over their trucks and trailers my family and I were able to complete our move. I was able to still return the 10’ prior to the return of the 15’ foot truck I had reserved.

Richard SI picked up the trailer the day before I was to use it because they weren’t going to be open when I left, I left the lot at 1457, my email says 1430. The next day I called and said I would be there at 1500 and was told it would be another day rental. I decided to take it back the next day and the parking lot was full of vehicles which made it more difficult to back it in.

Robert CThe truck needs work on the back door! IRS rough to open and close!!! The latches are rusted. The worker was aware of the issue when we took the truck but you didn’t have anymore and we needed a truck so we went ahead and used it. It was rough to use! We made due. Would use UHaul again but that needs fixed.

William FEasiest drop off I’ve ever had.
JOSEPH ROnce I arrived home with the enclosed trailer it had approximately 20-30 padded blankets on it. Wife returned them and Uhaul Associate made her unload them with minimal help. Horrible service period. Leav8ng a negative comment about any company is a rare event for me.

James WWas not helpful at all when asking questions about U-Haul, was given 800 number to get everything figured out still got run around !!! Before getting to rent truck !! Will never do that again !!!

Micca NInside the box truck had trash inside. The truck was clean. Customer service both pick up and drop off were amazing and very helpful in explaining the process.
Shannon SI was told to drop it off at this location and got charged a 250 something charge for dropping off at the wrong location after being told to drop it off here. I filed a dispute and haven't heard anything and nobody will talk to me about it

Steve GDid mobile drop off so I didn’t work with any personnel at this location. But the parking lot was very easy to find and lock box was easy to locate. Very smooth mobile drop off.

David TThe clerk's first words were, "I'm surprised your reservation was not cancelled for being late.". I was 18 minutes late. It took him 10 minutes to come to the counter. He had zero customer service skills. Also, the ratchets on the tow dolly were worn out.
Troy RI requested that I would have a dolly at my rental and there was not one available. If there is not going to be available resources then as customers are requesting the rentals, they should not be able to select this.
Emma WThe truck i rented had a cracked windshield. The total cost was far too much for using the truck inside the city of Searcy. My fiance rented a larger truck than the 15 ' foot truck I had, for a total cost of 39 $. She rented from another dealer in Searcy, and only used it within the city of Searcy. I'm very upset of the total cost to me for using the truck a total of 11 miles.
